- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6-10 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 pound lobster meat, sliced into chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated parmesan or romano cheese
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Prepare pasta according to directions on the box. In a large pan, melt butter and olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic. When it starts to simmer, add cooked lobster chunks. Heat thoroughly and add parsley and fresh ground pepper. Mix the lobster with the apsta. Add fresh grated cheese.
